Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your payment method.
Returns 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at virajtheethnic23@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you need to send the parcel to our address (as mentioned on the shipment label). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you want to return the parcel, send it back to our address and send a courier copy to us by email. After receiving the parcel, we will transfer the amount to you via Bank NEFT. (We will deduct our logistic charge of Rs 100 from the order amount in case we have sent you the same product that you ordered, excluding damaged products. In the case of damaged products, we will not deduct our shipping cost.)

Product Return and Replacement Not Accepted Under the Following Conditions:

Product is washed, damaged, or worn.

Part of the product is missing upon delivery.

Products must be in their original condition.

Products sold as combos/sets, or on sale and discounted, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.

Returns due to personal dislike of the product are not acceptable.

Replacements will be made based on the availability of that product on the website.

In case of damage caused by you, the product is non-refundable.

 

 Exchanges

No Reverse pickup facility available and only exchange done by us. If only its damaged like Torn, Big Stains /missing Items/if its not same product u ordered .
Please note our products are Fully Handwoven Handmade lil Colour difference cant be count as Damage or Default sometimes it depends on  your device light resolution too.
